You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return . To be eligible, the item must be in the same original condition that you received it, unworn or used , with tags and original packaging , and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase .

Shipments are managed via the GLS service, while collections at collection points are managed via InPost .
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery method and area. For collection at InPost points, the cost is 3.5 euros . For shipments in Italy via GLS , the cost varies from 6.9 to 8.9 euros depending on the shipping area. For Venice and the smaller islands , the shipping cost is 24.9 euros.
Order Tracking : Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code , which will allow you to monitor the delivery status on the courier's website.
What happens if I am not at home when the package is delivered? The courier will make two delivery attempts . If they are unsuccessful, the package will be deposited at the courier's branch.
